Garlic Scape dip from Chatelaine Magazine
Our thanks to the Chatelaine test kitchen for this amazing dip that makes the most of yummy garlic scapes. I know it’s a bit early for them yet but soon, so soon! Ingredients: 3 cups green peas, fresh or thawed 1 tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup garlic scapes, chopped 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp hemp seed (optional) Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Serve with fresh veggies. Makes three cups
